If your chips are not delivered due to a technical issue or payment processing delay, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will ensure prompt resolution, including chip delivery or full cancellation and refund processing.

If we are unable to grant chips for any valid reason, you may request to cancel your payment. Upon verification, your refund will be initiated within 7 business days.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable once chips are successfully credited to your account. However, if your purchase fails or is undelivered, you are eligible for a full refund.

In cases where a refund is processed despite chip delivery, your account may be temporarily frozen until the equivalent balance is recovered. Misuse of the refund policy may result in a permanent ban.
