1. Intellectual Property Rights

All content in Game 3F including graphics, gameplay, and assets is protected under intellectual property laws. Game 3F and its publishers (Ashenfallous / Teenpatti Wealth) respect the copyrights of others.

If you are a copyright owner and believe that any content in Game 3F infringes your rights, please submit a Notice of Alleged Infringement with the following details:

• Identify the copyrighted work
• Specify the location (URL) of infringing content
• Provide your contact details
• Include the following statement: “I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized.”
• Sign the document physically or electronically

Send your notice to the registered address of Ashenfallous.

2. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Game 3F is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Game 3F, Ashenfallous, and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Service disruptions or downtime

The total liability of Game 3F shall not exceed INR 500 under any circumstances.

These limitations apply as permitted by applicable law.

3. Third-Party Services & Content

Game 3F may use or link to third-party services including Google, Apple, Unity Ads, or others. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not control or endorse third-party content, and are not responsible for their services or actions.

If you use Game 3F on Android or iOS devices, Apple Inc. and Google LLC may be considered third-party beneficiaries of this agreement. They do not provide support for the app.
